Stuck registering with rejected transaction

I tried to register an account, but it is now stuck at the status of ‘registering’ for the past 24 hours. It is stuck at the “Confirm payment” step and when I click the transaction the Nervos block explorer says it was rejected for some reason. I’m unable to submit the payment again as far as I can tell so I’m just stuck here in limbo. Where do I go for support on an issue like this?
